Personal progress

Habits, goals, check-ins, focus sessions, reviews, and preferences are stored on your device. Cloud accounts, sync, circles, and public achievement links are not enabled in this release. On iPhone, device backups may include this local data if backups are enabled; those backups are controlled by your device settings, not Waymark cloud sync. Android automatic app backup is disabled for this release. Photos and selected calendar events are used locally for features you request.

Purchases

Apple processes payments. RevenueCat processes purchase and subscription status, an anonymous app installation identifier, and technical information needed to verify and restore membership and understand subscription activity. Waymark does not receive your card details. These services operate under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

Notifications, photo selection, and calendar access are optional. Control permissions in device settings. Export or delete progress in Waymark Settings → Data & backup. Exported files and scorecard images are ordinary files; protect them and share them only with people you choose.

Deleting progress or uninstalling Waymark does not cancel a subscription or erase transaction records held by Apple or RevenueCat. Contact us for privacy requests concerning subscription records. We do not sell personal progress, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI.
